Microsoft surface rt steam games

Hello, I just got a microsoft surface, and I was going to install a few minor games to do when bored and I just bought the game fallguys. Well when I went to install the game, the install button was grayed out and next to it there was the microsoft 10 logo and to it's left it said "Available for", I just bought the game and don't want to already have to refund it because microsoft decided to ban me from using a product I just bought and not explaining what it wants me to do instead.
