Anglian cut the gutter too short, hence dripping niagra like gutter. They said they would replace it, as it was their fault. Everything agreed they then gave backword and would not repair. The gutters and downpipes have faded and look cheap. I was willing to pay quite a chunk of the costs to have them all replaced, I gave a deposit, they went back on their word and wouldn't do the job.

After using Anglian previously having used Safestyle I will not be returning for a second purchase. Absolutely painful process to deal with them throughout. Littered with delays and missed appointments. Issues with installation and customer service are utterly incompetent and non responsive.
