I would not hesitate to purchase but the vehicle does not have all the items spec'd that I desire. Thank you for a positive experience. Very customer oriented and tried their best to get price down to my desired range. Very friendly sales staff. Did respond but didn't answer my question. Was looking for actual pictures of vehicle. Requested a second time and online service personnel apologized, said she would get them to me still haven't received them.
Transmission: 5-Speed Manual. The gentleman we worked with attempted to help us with all of our requests. Wasn't able to meet with him the same week. The car sold the next week. Worst dealership managers EVER. They were very rude , and were in no way willing to come down on price, even after we showed a few things wrong with the vehicle.
Like a Dent in door, tire light on no sensor in tires , needed oil change. We asked before driving 2 hours if there were any defects or lights on and were told no. I will not give them even 1 star. Lowest I could go. Dealer response went well thanks but the time dealer reached out to me the vehicle sold.

Very positive. Sales and Finance departments closely matched my interest rates and price point. After the initial contact was passed to another sales person I didn't receive any follow up for several days. In the mean time the same model of vehicle became available in my immediate area so I was able to purchase it locally. Ken is the best dealer around, and his secretary Katie is fantastic!

Dealer still persisted to call me regarding a car they no longer had. It really wasn't what I was looking for. The agent was great and very knowledgeable about the car.
I didn't test drive the car. But it wasn't for me. Easy to deal with. Responsive to questions and concerns. Delivered on everything requested. Very professional and straight forward. Did exactly what they said they would do. I love my car and they found great financing and rate. Modern automatic transmissions let trucks reach new levels of refinement and fuel efficiency. Not to mention the convenience in heavy city traffic.
Also, vehicle electronics are now so interconnected, that a manual transmission simply introduces too many variables. The human brain and muscles are the weak link. So, for the most part, the stick-shift has gone away. In fact, right now, there are only three new manual trucks available on the market, and all of them are mid-size. Until recently, there would have been two other trucks on this list. With both the Chevrolet Colorado and Ram dropping their manual options for , this leaves the Jeep Gladiator as the sole American choice when it comes to new manual trucks.
